Coders Azerbaijan Expands into the African Market

Coders Azerbaijan, one of Azerbaijan’s leading companies in IT education and educational technology, has expanded its international operations by launching a new technology project in Africa. The company’s digital education management platform, Performance MS, developed by Azerbaijani specialists, is being implemented at the Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.

As part of the project, students, teachers, administrative personnel, and career services staff at Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre will use the digital platform developed by Coders Azerbaijan in their daily activities. The project aims to integrate the institution’s academic, administrative, and career development processes into a unified digital ecosystem, making educational management more efficient, accessible, and streamlined.

Performance MS is a multifunctional educational technology solution designed to digitalize academic and administrative processes within educational institutions. The platform provides a comprehensive range of features, including student attendance tracking, academic performance monitoring, assignment and examination management, learning material distribution, certification, and individual progress tracking. Additionally, the system offers career development tools, enabling students to create professional CVs, explore job vacancies and internship opportunities, and manage their career development activities.
Available through both web and mobile applications, the platform facilitates communication and information sharing among teachers, students, administrative personnel, and career services departments. By centralizing key educational and administrative functions, Performance MS enables institutions to manage their operations more efficiently through a single integrated system.

According to Seymur Hamidov, one of Coders’ primary objectives is not only to train highly qualified IT professionals in Azerbaijan but also to introduce innovative technology products developed by Azerbaijani specialists to international markets. He emphasized that integrating an Azerbaijani-developed digital platform into a real educational environment in Africa demonstrates the country’s growing potential in educational technology and highlights the ability of Azerbaijani technology companies to deliver solutions beyond their domestic market.

Seymur Hamidov further noted that Coders aims to expand its activities across Africa and other international markets, particularly in educational technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence literacy, IT education, and professional workforce development. The company plans to establish new international partnerships and increase its participation in large-scale education and technology projects.
